1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, content, events, and materials provided by TruPros International, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to online courses, coaching programs, memberships, live virtual events, in-person workshops, and digital downloads (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
2. Scope of Services
The Services may include, but are not limited to:
Online educational programs and courses
Coaching and consulting programs
Membership communities and subscriptions
Live virtual workshops and webinars
In-person workshops and events
Digital downloads and materials
Templates, frameworks, and tools
Access to private communities or groups
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer
Our Services are educational and informational in nature.
We make no guarantees regarding specific results, income levels, business success, or outcomes. Any testimonials or examples provided are illustrative only and are not guarantees that you will achieve similar results.
Your success depends on many factors including your experience, effort, commitment, and market conditions.
You agree that TruPros International, Inc. is not responsible for your results.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment Terms
By purchasing any Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with the selected offer.
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all installment payments regardless of participation level or completion status.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to Services if payments are missed or declined.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
5. Refund Policy
Courses, Coaching Programs, and Digital Products
We offer a 7-day refund period for eligible products unless otherwise stated on the offer page.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting:

Refund eligibility may require demonstration of good faith participation in the program.
After 7 days, all sales are final.
Events
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
However, tickets may be transferred to another participant upon written request submitted prior to the event.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included in the Services is the property of TruPros International, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
Training materials
Videos
Workbooks
Frameworks
Templates
Branding
Logos
Course materials
Written content
Presentations
You may not:
Share login credentials
Copy or distribute materials
Reproduce content
Modify content
Republish materials
Teach our frameworks as your own
Sell or license materials
Share materials with non-purchasers
Use materials for commercial teaching purposes without written permission
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
7. Community Conduct
If the Services include access to a community platform, group, or live session, you agree to:
Communicate respectfully
Refrain from harassment or discrimination
Avoid disruptive behavior
Respect confidentiality of other participants
Not promote unrelated products or services without permission
Not share proprietary materials
We reserve the right to remove participants from the community at our sole discretion.
Removal due to violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
9. Technology Disclaimer
We are not responsible for technology failures beyond our control, including:
Platform outages
Internet disruptions
Software conflicts
Third-party service interruptions
We may use third-party platforms including course hosting software, community platforms, payment processors, and communication tools.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

13. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
No refunds will be provided if termination occurs due to violation of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Massachusetts courts.
